Our task
Planning and realization of a new production- and logistic centre.
The planning services consist of: preliminary building planning, system planning, logistic and project supervision/monitoring during the construction phase.
For capacity increase, expansion of the production and flexibility increase on the market the following new buildings were erected at the starch factory Kröner GmbH:
• Production- and mixing tower: On the ground floor the production- and mixing tower serves the packaging and the palletizing of the mixed resp. stored products of the upper levels.
• Warehouse: The warehouse is used for the storage of finished products and packaging materials in different storage technologies.
• Shipping/dispatch: The dispatch area enables the commissioning and interim storage of complete truck loads.
• Pipe Bridge: The pipe bridge holds amongst others the piping of pneumatic conveyed products and heating- and production water.

The production- and mixing tower holds the largest share of the total investment and at the same time also the most important part.
Via pneumatic conveying pipes the product to be processed is conveyed from the existing production via a new pipe bridge into the new mixing tower and here temporarily stored in hanging textile silos.
On the lower level of the mixing tower the packaging and palletizing is positioned.
